The Pittsburgh Fellows Program exists to provide practical and spiritual training for young Christians who desire to fully integrate faith and vocation. Today, more than ever before, there is a clear need for godly, ethical leaders in the business world.

To this end, the Pittsburgh Fellows program provides paid 9-month job placements in local businesses, graduate-level coursework in Christian leadership, and opportunities to meet regularly with peers and mentors for guidance and encouragement.

Pittsburgh Fellows desires to keep God’s Word as the standard by which we live. We are convinced that all of life, including life in the workplace, is to be lived out under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and for His glory. Our desire is to grow servant leaders possessing the courage to serve God and others in every aspect of their lives with humility, grace, sincerity, and joy.
