Welcome!

We’d like to welcome you to our Pittsburgh Fellows website. Whether you are a current or former Fellow, a prospective Fellow, one of our honored employers, or a parent of a Fellow, this website is here for you. Pittsburgh Fellows is a wonderful, post-graduate leadership development program that attracts top-notch business graduates hoping to launch a corporate career in our city while also growing in faith, values, and ethical character.

Over the past six years, we have built a terrific team of business leaders, board members, alumni, church and community members who all stand ready to walk alongside Fellows during their first year out of college (and beyond!). We’ve had such extraordinary young men and women come through our program who have all helped to shape what Pittsburgh Fellows is today.

Join us in our goal of bringing the best and brightest back to Pittsburgh businesses where they can help shape the future of this city by using talents and resources for the well-being of the whole community. We are raising up the next generation of leaders to whom we will soon pass the baton. We invite you to join us in that effort!

Peace,
Becca Chapman
