The Pittsburgh Fellows program works hard to build a welcoming coalition of businesses throughout the Pittsburgh region.  Participating employers from a variety of businesses are listed below.

We make every attempt to find professional work placements that are challenging to each year’s Fellows. Starting at ‘entry-level,’ Fellows often find themselves promoted to more challenging positions even before the end of the program.  Many receive full-time job offers at the conclusion of the program.

The work experience gives Fellows the opportunity to address practical issues of faith in the workplace by:

• Applying biblical standards to decision making
• Responding to ethical challenges
• Demonstrating servant leadership
• Learning  good stewardship of time and skills
• Performing work “as unto the Lord”
• Appropriate witnessing in the work place (mostly a non-verbal presence)
